Kidan Kidane, NP, is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who provides compassionate, personalized care to individuals navigating a range of mental health concerns. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Yale University and is licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in New York.
Kidan works with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, ADD/ADHD, PTSD, and other mental health concerns. She takes a holistic, warm, and solution-oriented approach to care, recognizing that every person’s experience with mental health is unique.
Her approach combines medication management with individual therapy, using evidence-based therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
