Most initial appointments are scheduled within 1 to 2 weeks after on-boarding process is complete. We offer flexible scheduling hours to ensure convenient times for visits. In addition to regular office hours (9-4pm), we offer before and after hours visits weekly, starting at 8:30 am and until 6 pm. We also offer weekend hours for Ketamine-assisted treatment

The initial visit is scheduled for 45mins in order to get a detailed history, this includes social history, family history, medical history, psychiatric history discuss your concerns and review treatment options.

Follow-up appointments will depend on your concerns and the types of medications that may be helpful for you. As a general practice, follow-up visits are scheduled for 30 minutes. Initially, they may be spaced 2-3 weeks apart, If you are starting or changing medication and then further apart once we’ve arrived at the right medication and right dose.

Yes, The majority of our sessions are done via a telemental platform. Telemental Health visits are scheduled and billed the same way in-office appointments are scheduled and billed.

New patient appointments are booked for 45 minutes and the fee is $510.00 for the session. Consultations for Ketamine-assisted treatment/psychotherapy is $610.00 and 60 mins in length.

Follow up appointments are usually scheduled for 30 minutes and the fee is $275.00 per session. We do accept some insurances for (non-Ketamine) follow up sessions scheduled with one of our psychiatric nurse practitioners (PsychNPs). Dr. Worthington works closely with all psychNPs on each case.

At times, follow up visits may require longer than 30 minutes, Extended follow up appointments that are booked 30mins sessions that run greater than 35 minutes is an added $75.00 per session.

All fees are due at the time of service

There is an additional fee for adults undergoing an initial evaluation for Adult ADHD. Part of the evaluation includes performing the Conner’s Adult ADHD Rating Scale (CAARS). This evaluation takes approximately 30 minutes to complete. Once completed, the scale is scored and interpreted.

Fee for requested treatment letters and medical records being sent to outside agency or entity: $100.

Cancellation/No show Fee: for less than 48hr notice

We do work hard to ensure adequate and convenient scheduling. We are not able to offer time reserved for you to another client without appropriate notice. We charge a cancellation fee for $125 for the first missed session. Afterwhich, you will be billed the full session rate for missed appointments.

We are In-network with Cigna, Aetna, United Healthcare/Oxford/Optum, Oscar and Blue Cross Blue Shield.

We are are Out-of-net work with some insurances; if you have out-of-network coverage we will issue a bill that you may submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

We will help you verified coverage and out-of-pocket cost prior to you initial appointment.
