Consultation (Free 10 minutes by phone)
A consultation between a mental and client involves an initial meeting to discuss the client's concerns, goals, and symptoms. We listen attentively, gathers information and assesses their needs. The provider and client determine compatibility and, if agreed upon, next steps for onboarding and scheduling the initial assessment.
Evaluation/ Assessment ($465)
An intake assessment is typically the initial step in the therapeutic process. It involves an in-depth evaluation of an individual's mental health and well-being. During the intake assessment, a mental health provider gathers relevant information about the client's personal history, current concerns, symptoms, and any other factors that may be influencing their mental health. The assessment may involve structured interviews, questionnaires, and discussions to develop a comprehensive understanding of the client's needs. The information gathered during the intake assessment guides the provider in formulating an appropriate treatment plan tailored to the individual's specific circumstances.
